Public Executive Representation Rates

Your attorneys' fees will be paid by the public entity, or you will pay for our services at a highly discounted rate.

R. Craig Scott's evaluative and counseling services are regularly billed at $485 per hour. If we negotiate the payment of an attorney's fee allowance from the public entity, by which you are or were employed, the hours covered by that allowance will be charged at Mr. Scott's regular rate. However, any hours not covered by the public agency's payment, which you pay for personally, will be billed at a reduced rate of $350 per hour.
